It is particularly important to us that neither party makes unsecured advance payments, i.e. the buyer only pays the purchase price if their acquisition of ownership (free of encumbrances) is guaranteed, and the seller does not transfer their ownership without having received the purchase price. After notarisation, we ensure that the contract is executed quickly and securely, through to the transfer of ownership.
